Account details, the metadata your agents send (service names, events, statuses — never payloads), and product analytics that do not use third-party cookies.
Where it lives
EU or US, chosen at signup. Subprocessors are listed on the trust portal and you are emailed before we add one.
Your rights
Export or delete everything from Settings. Email privacy@helm.dev for anything else; a person replies within a business day.
