Logistics
Northwind Freight
Helm turned a Slack channel full of panic into a board everyone trusts. Incidents halved in a quarter, not because we shipped less, but because we could see.
Ada Okafor,

Northwind runs 1,400 trucks and a software team of thirty. Before Helm, an incident meant four people in a call reading logs at each other.
What changed
Every service got an owner, every alert got a runbook, and the board became the first tab anyone opened. The on-call rota now hands over in a message rather than a meeting.
Incidents halved in a quarter. Mean time to resolve fell from 41 minutes to 14.
